Stuffed Lumaconi Ingredients: • 400 g Lumaconi DELUXE pasta • 500 g minced meat • 1 onion, chopped garlic • pepper • fresh parsley, rosemary • 1 zucchini • 200 ml finely chopped tomatoes • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (15 ml) Method of preparation: ground meat season with pepper, salt, garlic and parsley. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry onions and zucchini briefly, add minced meat and fry the color. Add tomatoes, fresh rosemary and heat over low heat. Cook pasta, fill with stuffing, decorate with golden brown with fresh rosemary. During production, we use special bronze molds that make the surface of the pasta dough especially the toppings.
