Nature’s Superfoods’ Organic Raw Cacao Powder (pronounced ‘Ka-CAW’) is made from organic unroasted cacao beans from the premium variety Criollo (deemed as ‘king of cacao’ for its fine flavor & fragrance), ensuring maximum nutrient retention at every stage. The cacao beans are lightly fermented to bring out the cocoa flavor, increase nutrient availability and reduce phytic acid content.
Our sweet cacao nibs are coated with sweet yacon syrup – which is a natural, low GI sweetener that also doubles as a prebiotic food and helps in weight management.

Its sweetness comes from a high concentration of inulin, a complex sugar that breaks down slowly into fructooligosaccharides (FOS). It also boasts a good amount of minerals such as potassium, calcium, phosphorous and iron, and 20 amino acids. It also contains a rich amount of antioxidants and glyconutrients.
