Produced by soaking dry soybeans and grinding them with water. Contains about a similar proportion of protein to cow’s milk; 3.5% protein, 2% fat, 2.9% carbohydrate, and 0.5% ash.

Beverage: Add 200ml lukewarm/cold water to 2-3 table spoons before adding 100ml of hot water.
